At One Who Dreams Design, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because your item is produced individually rather than taken from pre-existing stock, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please take care when placing your order and double-check your product selection and delivery information before completing your purchase.

Our Quality Guarantee

Although we cannot accept general returns, we want you to be completely happy with the quality of your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will put it right.

Where an issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to make a claim

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the issue

• Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

This allows us to investigate the issue with our production and fulfilment partners and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your name, delivery address and other order information are correct before completing your purchase.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered or are delivered to an incorrect address due to information supplied incorrectly at checkout.
